ABOUT US
We believe children are the future, that is why our church decided it was time to take a step forward and open up our own child care, Faro Kids Learning Center. We chose the name Faro Kids, or Lighthouse Kids because they are to be the light of the world and we strive to help them grow and shine as bright as they can.
OUR MISSION
To give each child the best care by providing a nurturing, playful, and safe environment where they can learn and grow with creativity, compassion, and love. The early stages of a child’s life are very crucial, which is why not only will we focus on the principles of child development, but will implement the Christian faith into it as well.
New Facility
Founded in 2016, our six classrooms are fully furnished with brand new equipment all meeting the state standard requirements.
Teachers
Our caregivers are required to have CPR and First Aid training, background checks, and standard annual training to provide the best care for each child.
Healthy Meals
We provide nutritional meals for your child with our food program. So you won’t have to worry about that hassle every day.
Care
Although we may be a smaller child care center, your child will get the best care and attention they need leading to a more personal relationship with both the child and parent.
Classrooms
Each classroom has been uniquely designed with very fun and creative artwork to bring a more welcoming environment for the children.
Christian Faith
Faro Kids believes you should choose us because not only will your child be cared for and educated, but they will also learn about the Christian faith and values.
Security
Parents minds will be put to ease by our surveillance cameras in every classroom, providing a safe, secure environment.
Curriculum
Our curriculum focuses on fundamental principles such as physical, emotional, social, language, and cognitive development for each age group.
Our Classes
Infants
Ages: 6 weeks – 17 months
As your babies develop and grow, we will make sure we meet their nurturing needs. Each child is unique in their own way and is shaped from their early experiences, that is why we strive to maintain a positive environment. Playtime is an important factor to incorporate into their learning, so we create an engaging space for their journey to self-discovery.
Toddlers
Ages: 18 months – 3 years
Our toddler schedules are very similar to those in our preschool program, however, the daily curriculum is adjusted to each age group and classroom. Our goal is to guide each child’s developmental milestones and support them as they become more knowledgeable. Their interactive activities will teach them the key skills they need to advance every day.
Preschool
Ages: 4-5 years
With our preschool program, each child is able to explore their creativity through different subjects as they continue to prepare for the transition on to school. We center the curriculum on taking their engaging energy and shaping it so that they may grow passionate for learning. Throughout this time, they will begin to understand the basic principles of the Bible.
